DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Policy for Lilly’s Skincare and Esthetics Spa!
At Lilly’s Esthetics Spa!, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional products and services. Please read our delivery policy to understand how we handle the delivery of our skincare products and Spa services.
1. Product Delivery
1.1 Processing Time:
· Orders are typically processed within one(1) to two(2) business days of receiving payment.
1.2 Shipping Method:
· We use Shipping Carrier for all shipments.
· Standard shipping usually takes 1-2 working days within Lagos, 3-7 working days outside Lagos and 3-14 working days for international deliveries.
· There is option for Cargo shipping service for bulk orders and it takes up to 14-16 working days could be more in case of customs delay.
· Shipment made during weekends for outside the state and country will not be processed till the following week.
1.3 Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
· We are not responsible for the custom duties charged at point of delivery.
2. Refunds and Returns
2.1 Product Returns:
· Product returns is only allowed if you want to exchange sizes to bigger sizes, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for return instructions.
2.2 Service Refunds:
· Refunds for spa services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss any concerns. You will be charged 10% for no show without prior notice.
3. Lost Shipments:
· For lost shipments, contact us , and we will work with the shipping carrier. You will need to have patience for us to resolve this issue.
