1. Booking and Appointments

1.1. Appointment Confirmation: All spa and skincare services are subject to appointment availability. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message via Text or WhatsApp.

Please retain your confirmation receipt until services have been rendered.

Appointment Reservation:

· Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in-person.
· To secure your preferred time, we recommend booking in advance.
· Atleast 50% of the service charge should be paid as committment to confirm your booking.

A confirmation email or SMS will be sent upon successful booking.
Please review the details to ensure accuracy.
Appointment Changes:

For any changes or modifications, contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
· Last-minute changes may be accommodated, but we cannot guarantee availability.

1.2. Cancellation Policy and Fees:

We understand plans may change. Please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

· Cancellations within 24-48 hours may incur a fee equivalent to 30% of the service cost.
· Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the 50% of the service amount.

Rescheduling Requests:

· If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours in advance.

· Rescheduling more than once may require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments.

· A onetime grace would be given, any further request for rescheduling will attract a 30% penalty

Exceptional Circumstances:

· We recognize unforeseen events. Contact us to discuss any extraordinary situations affecting your appointment.
Punctuality and Late Arrivals

Arrival Time:

· Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for check-in, consent form filling and consultation.
Late Arrivals:

· We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but your service time may be adjusted to avoid overlap with other clients scheduled time.

Group Bookings:

· Special policies apply to group bookings. Contact us for details and to ensure we can provide the best experience for your group.
Refund Requests:

· Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis.
· There are no cash refund for services already rendered.
· We prioritize client satisfaction; contact us with any concerns regarding your service.

2.1. Service Descriptions: Our website provides information about our services and products. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to change service details without notice.

Most carrier oils and surfactants (excluding glucosides) are sold by volume while most liquid based active ingredients are sold by weight kindly take this into consideration before buying.

Ingredients physical characteristics (color, form, smell) can sometimes vary based on the manufacturer’s we source from and their production conditions.

2.2. Product Returns/exchange:

We do not accept product returns of sensitive items. No exchange is allowed.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment Methods: We accept [Bank Transfer, Dollars-Dom A/C, or message us for othr patment option]. Payment is due at the time of booking, before service or purchase.

3.2. Pricing: Prices for services and products are listed on our website. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed appointments.
